Privacy Policy

What vyb is

vyb ("we," "us," "our") is an AI platform operated by vyb LLC. vyb is an AI that learns your business and does the work — connecting to your tools, remembering your context, and producing real output. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth
• Conversation history — messages exchanged with vyb
• Program data — goals, tasks, deliverables, and phase progress
• Usage data — how you interact with vyb (pages visited, features used)
• Files you upload — images, documents, or other files shared in conversation

We do not collect payment card details directly. We do not buy or sell personal data.

How we use your data

• To operate your vyb session and maintain context across conversations
• To track your program progress, goals, and deliverables
• To improve vyb using aggregate, anonymized insights
• To communicate with you about your account or changes to our services

We do not use your data for advertising, ad targeting, retargeting, or interest-based profiling. We do not sell or transfer your data to data brokers, advertising platforms, or information resellers.

Google Workspace integration

If you connect vyb to your Google account, vyb can access Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, and Tasks on your behalf. Here is exactly how we handle that data:

• Access — We access only the Google services and data you explicitly authorize via OAuth consent. You choose which permissions to grant.
• Use — Google data is used solely to perform the actions you request through vyb (e.g., uploading a file to Drive, reading your calendar, sending an email). We do not use Google data for any other purpose.
• Storage — OAuth tokens (credentials) are stored on your dedicated private server. We do not copy or cache the contents of your Google Drive files, emails, or calendar events on our servers beyond what is needed to complete your immediate request.
• Sharing — We do not share your Google data with any third party. Google data is processed through Anthropic's API solely to generate vyb's responses, subject to Anthropic's data processing terms.
• No advertising — We do not use Google data to serve ads, retarget, build profiles, or inform any advertising or monetization.
• No human access — Our team does not read your Google data unless (a) you give us explicit permission for support purposes, (b) it is necessary to investigate a security incident or abuse, or (c) we are required to by law.
• Revocation — You can revoke vyb's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings. When you revoke access, we delete your stored OAuth tokens within 24 hours.

Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure

vyb's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-party services

vyb uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has their own privacy commitments:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Railway — application hosting
• Hetzner — dedicated servers for vyb agents
• Anthropic — AI model provider (conversation content is processed to generate responses)
• fal.ai — media generation (images, video, audio)
• Agentmail — agent email delivery

We do not share your data with these providers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service. We do not transfer data to third parties for their independent use.

Data security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data. Each user's vyb runs on a dedicated, isolated server. Credentials are stored with restricted file permissions. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We regularly review our security practices and infrastructure.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will delete your personal data, conversation history, and stored credentials within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregate data may be retained for service improvement.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email hello@vyb.space. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.

Children's privacy

vyb is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as vyb evolves. If we make material changes to how we handle Google user data, we will notify you via email or in-app notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of vyb after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
