By using vyb ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. vyb is operated by vyb LLC ("we," "us," "our").
vyb is an AI that learns your business and does the work. vyb assists with research, planning, content creation, automation, and execution — it is a tool, not a legal, financial, or professional advisor.
You must be at least 18 years old to use vyb. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@vyb.space if you suspect unauthorized access.
Everything you create with vyb — your ideas, plans, code, designs, conversations, and business strategies — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., storing conversations, generating AI responses, syncing data to your connected services).
vyb generates suggestions, plans, code, and other outputs based on your input and conversation history. These outputs are tools to help you — not professional advice, guarantees, or representations of fact. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding what to use. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content.
vyb may connect to third-party services on your behalf, including but not limited to Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Tasks), GitHub, and Stripe. These connections require your explicit authorization and are governed by each service's own terms and policies.
When you connect your Google account to vyb:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services through vyb is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Your use of vyb is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We aim to keep vyb available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, or temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, improvements, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vyb and its operators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vyb and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You can stop using vyb at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your data by emailing hello@vyb.space. We will process data deletion requests within 30 days. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
We may update these Terms as vyb evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
